- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the HVAC, mechanical piping, and construction markets and its key players.
- Prior experience selling to / working with commercial builds / general contractors.
- Prior experience selling HVAC / Piping / Valves to - Data Center, Life Sciences, Semi-Conductor, Universities, Airports, Hotels, and more.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Remote role in the Boston area.
- $130-160k base salary + competitive commission - $250-300k total compensation.
