Business Division: CohesiveBusiness Process Consultant - PrincipalThe successful candidate will have a proven experience and successful track record of participating in the implementation of IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management system at Nuclear Facilities, using a full lifecycle software implementation methodology. Acting as a Maximo functional and Nuclear subject matter expert, the senior consultant will work directly with customers in the delivery of projects as a leading and supporting facilitator of process development workshops/meetings. The Principle consultant will be responsible for developing associated deliverables for the workshops they facilitate and support, and architecting, designing, documenting, and prototyping the associated technical solutions for the IBM Maximo system configuration to be implemented. Principle consultants will also participate in the development, execution, or delivery of integrated system tests, change management, training, and post go-live support.Essential Job Duties

  • Post Software Deployment Support
  • Mentor and develop Junior staff.
