As an Aerospace Systems Repair Specialist, your meticulous maintenance work ensures the seamless operation of our equipment, ultimately contributing to the safety and satisfaction of our clients.What You'll Do Here:
  • Carry out regular maintenance and thorough inspections on industrial machinery.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems and perform repairs efficiently.
  • Execute preventive maintenance to minimize machinery downtime.
  • Analyze technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics for effective equipment diagnosis.
  • Coordinate with various departments to organize maintenance tasks and minimize workflow interruption.
  • Maintain accurate logs for equipment maintenance and performance.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and organizational protocols.
  • Assist in the setup and testing of new machinery.
  • Enhance plant functionality through continuous improvement processes.
  • Demonstrate expertise in material handling using forklifts and similar equipment.
  • Execute general facility maintenance and necessary fabrication tasks.
  • Foster a clean and safe work environment at the facility by following PPE and lock-out/tag-out rules.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar manufacturing role.
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Skilled in using industry-standard diagnostic tools.
  • Proficient in understanding complex technical diagrams.
  • Strong focus on problem-solving and precision.
  • A collaborative team player with clear communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to flexible work hours, including potential overtime.
  • Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license required for travel between sites.
  • Experience with PLC operations is a plus.
  • A proactive approach to task completion is essential.
Working Conditions:
  • Ability to lift and transport heavy tools.
  • Capacity to perform tasks in a variety of settings, including restrictive spaces.
  • Requires standing, bending, and kneeling for long periods.
