- Carry out regular maintenance and thorough inspections on industrial machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems and perform repairs efficiently.
- Execute preventive maintenance to minimize machinery downtime.
- Analyze technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics for effective equipment diagnosis.
- Coordinate with various departments to organize maintenance tasks and minimize workflow interruption.
- Maintain accurate logs for equipment maintenance and performance.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and organizational protocols.
- Assist in the setup and testing of new machinery.
- Enhance plant functionality through continuous improvement processes.
- Demonstrate expertise in material handling using forklifts and similar equipment.
- Execute general facility maintenance and necessary fabrication tasks.
- Foster a clean and safe work environment at the facility by following PPE and lock-out/tag-out rules.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar manufacturing role.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Skilled in using industry-standard diagnostic tools.
- Proficient in understanding complex technical diagrams.
- Strong focus on problem-solving and precision.
- A collaborative team player with clear communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to flexible work hours, including potential overtime.
- Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license required for travel between sites.
- Experience with PLC operations is a plus.
- A proactive approach to task completion is essential.
- Ability to lift and transport heavy tools.
- Capacity to perform tasks in a variety of settings, including restrictive spaces.
- Requires standing, bending, and kneeling for long periods.
