- Act as assistant project manager, overseeing schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Conduct field investigations, surveys, and code analysis
- Mentor junior staff and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
- Communicate directly with clients and help grow relationships
- Support the mission to deliver technically excellent, practical solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 10–20 years of experience in lighting, lighting controls, and interior/exterior power distribution
- PE license required
- Experience with MV (medium-voltage) distribution preferred
- Experience working in the federal sector, including familiarity with UFC, UFGS, and FAR
- RCDD certification is a plus
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit, AGI32, and SKM or Easypower
- Experience conducting fieldwork, including the physical demands of site visits
- Existing client relationships in NC/SC, Mid-Atlantic, or South-Central U.S. is a strong plus
- Experience with higher education and NC State Construction Office systems
