- Respond promptly and professionally to internet leads, phone calls, text messages, and chat inquiries.
- Follow up with prospects to schedule showroom appointments and confirm attendance.
- Proactively generate sales and service opportunities through Automotive Mastermind and Star Loyalty platforms, identifying high-potential customers for outreach.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Assist in long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-up & engagement.
- Collaborate closely with sales managers and product specialists to ensure smooth customer handoffs.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals related to appointment setting, lead generation, and show rates.
- Uphold Mercedes-Benz standards of luxury, professionalism, and service excellence.
- Previous BDC, call center, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Comfortable with phone, text, email, and online chat communications.
- Experience with lead generation platforms such as Automotive Mastermind and Star Loyalty is a strong plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Professional demeanor with a positive and team-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (DriveCentric, VinSolutions, DealerSocket, or similar) is a plus.
- This is a full-time position
- Monday-Saturday from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Off Sunday and one week day
- Starting at $20 per hour, plus bonus for appointment shown
