They are currently seeking a skilled Lead Installer to join their team and help them continue to grow and succeed.Position Overview:The Lead Installer will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the installation process for our client's home renovation projects. This individual will work closely with the project manager, clients, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of installers, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards- Collaborate with project manager to develop installation plans and timelines for each project- Conduct on-site visits to assess project requirements and ensure all necessary materials and equipment are available- Install and assemble various home renovation products, including but not limited to cabinets, countertops, flooring, and fixtures- Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues that may arise- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or questions- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all tools and materials are properly stored and accounted for- Train and mentor junior installers to improve their skills and knowledge- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team membersQualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent- Minimum of 3 years of experience in home renovation or installation, with previous experience in a lead or supervisory role preferred- Strong knowledge of installation techniques and processes- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportationIf you are a highly skilled and experienced installer looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity with our client.
