- Assist the principal investigator in coordinating programmatic, training, and clinical efforts and tracking project requirement deadlines for all participating entities of the MISSION grant
- Serving as a liaison between multiple collaborators and disciplines to ensure effective communication/coordination
- Assist in the development and coordination of clinical training activities, including planning, content development, and tracking participant registration and attendance
- Provide project management and implementation assistance for community and clinical partners participating in the MISSION Project
- Develop and maintain organizational and educational tools to ensure compliance with good research and clinical practices
- Cinical coordination and oversight, including but not limited to: scheduling participants; outreach; attending project trainings and wellness events; telephone or in-person screening and assessment; in-person, phone, or video-conferenced qualitative interviews; co-facilitating focus groups; qualitative coding and adherence/fidelity ratings (with training); recruitment activities across various behavioral health, school-based, and community environments; facilitating engagement/information exchange between participants and the SP-TIE team; assisting with case management/care coordination and clinical risk management as needed; and providing psychosocial support to and maintaining continual good communication with participants, families, clinical sites, and external collaborators.
- Assist the grant evaluator with quantitative and qualitative clinical data collection and management from community and clinical partners, including creation and maintenance of project databases using RedCAP, Excel spreadsheets (including formulas/macros), SPSS (including syntax), and/or other statistical packages
- Provide administrative and technical support to Co-Directors in all aspects of their work, including (but not limited to):
- Training: Preparation of continuing education applications; assisting with evaluation development, content creation, and provision of trainings; and liaising with learning management system staff for all SP-TIE live/in-person and distance learning course offerings (webinars, modules, in-person trainings), including production of asynchronous learning modules
- Academic: Assist with conference presentations, writing manuscripts and grants, creating PowerPoint slides and graphics/charts/tabular data presentations, conducting literature searches on suicide prevention-related topics
- Research: Assist with production of quarterly and annual data reports, ongoing regulatory documentation, and preparation of IRB materials
- Administrative: Schedule, organize, and participate in meetings and conference calls related to SP-TIE program activities; preparation of materials and keeping meeting minutes as needed; assisting with budgeting, purchasing, and contracts
- Be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and videoconferencing software
- Be able to use and modify existing Excel formulas and SPSS syntax
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work or a related field, and at least (1) year of relevant clinical or research experience; or master's degree in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work or a related field.
- At least (1) year experience working in community mental health settings
- At least (1) year of clinical experience working with individuals at risk for suicide
- Suicidology, program evaluation, or implementation science
- Some training or experience using suicide prevention best practices, especially suicide screening (e.g., C-SSRS) and safety planning
- Provision of assessment or intervention services with youth or adults with suicidal ideation or behavior
- Preparation of data reports, regulatory documentation, and IRB materials
- Clinical research coordination or project management
- Quantitative data analysis and management, including: writing original Excel macros and SPSS syntax (or code in a similar statistical programming language), creating databases and forms in REDCap, Qualtrics, or similar programs; and conducting parametric and non-parametric statistical analysis
- Qualitative data coding/analysis (including NVivo) or adherence/fidelity coding
- Distance learning systems and/or development of eLearning trainings
- Emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, app creation, or social media/website management
