Plumber – Residential & Commercial Plumbing Services - $25 -$45 per hour

• Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional weekends or emergency calls as needed)
• $25.00 – $45.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Commission: Uncapped commission up to 5% of sales
• Work Environment: Field-based plumbing service calls and installations

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures according to local plumbing codes and company standards
• Perform accurate testing of systems and equipment to ensure functionality and safety
• Educate customers on new system operation and basic maintenance
• Recommend additional plumbing services or upgrades when appropriate
• Complete work orders, time logs, and inventory forms with accuracy
• Maintain company tools, parts inventory, and service vehicle in clean, working condition
• Follow company safety protocols and procedures at all times
• Deliver professional customer service and represent the company with integrity
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in plumbing or completion of plumbing trade school/apprenticeship
• Proficient with hand and power tools used in plumbing installations and repairs
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, or HVAC systems a plus
• Ability to work independently, prioritize work, and maintain communication with team members
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, or crawl
• Must be able to lift and carry over 50 pounds
• Exposure to wet or humid conditions, confined spaces, and moving mechanical parts
• Occasional work at heights and around airborne particles or chemicals
• Work often performed outdoors in varying weather conditions
