Creating UPS labels
Generating and distributing equipment return
Managing equipment, returning emails and handling escalations efficiently
Applying unreturned equipment fees
Collections
Processing write-offs and small balance write-offs
Managing collections
Issuing credit balance refunds
Coordinating collections with third party collections agency
Processing Returned Payments
Handling Returned refund checks and credit card refunds
Adhering to bankruptcy procedures to ensure legal compliance
Managing write-offs and accurately documenting associated actions
Processing commercial early termination fees when applicable
Lifeline Program
Process approved Lifeline Program requests
Add discounts for Lifeline
Work with USAC & NLAD for Lifeline discounts
Contributing to special projects and other duties as assigned.Job Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven ability to multi-task and plan/organize work to meet deadlines, all with a high degree of accuracy with attention to detail
Strong ability to work independently and with a team
Strategic thinker towards short and long-term organizational goals
Proficiency in MSOffice (Word, Excel, Access and Project), report preparation and data analysis
Understand business metrics and how to impact results
