  • Creating UPS labels
  • Generating and distributing equipment return
  • Managing equipment, returning emails and handling escalations efficiently
  • Applying unreturned equipment fees
Collections
  • Processing write-offs and small balance write-offs
  • Managing collections
  • Issuing credit balance refunds
  • Coordinating collections with third party collections agency
  • Processing Returned Payments
  • Handling Returned refund checks and credit card refunds
  • Adhering to bankruptcy procedures to ensure legal compliance
  • Managing write-offs and accurately documenting associated actions
  • Processing commercial early termination fees when applicable
Lifeline Program
  • Process approved Lifeline Program requests
  • Add discounts for Lifeline
  • Work with USAC & NLAD for Lifeline discounts
Contributing to special projects and other duties as assigned.Job Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proven ability to multi-task and plan/organize work to meet deadlines, all with a high degree of accuracy with attention to detail
  • Strong ability to work independently and with a team
  • Strategic thinker towards short and long-term organizational goals
  • Proficiency in MSOffice (Word, Excel, Access and Project), report preparation and data analysis
  • Understand business metrics and how to impact results
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Maintains positive attitude and demonstrates the utmost in professionalism

  • Telecommunications experience preferred

Physical Requirements:
  • Normal office conditions, some irregular hours may be required. Majority of time spent on the computer.
  • May be filled as a Remote position, depending on candidate's location.
  • If local, hybrid schedule approved by Supervisor.
  • Travel may be required, but very minimal.
