- Offer timely customer and technical support to maintain user confidence and smooth operations.
- Monitor and enhance scan quality through proactive customer engagement and training interventions.
- Showcase imaging products through virtual or in-person demos, driving sales and expanding our reach.
- Assist in crafting engaging training materials and programs for users and internal teams.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to pinpoint training needs and enhance product usability.
- Capture and report customer feedback, fueling ongoing product improvements.
- Contribute to broader product enhancement efforts, particularly in usability.
- Bachelor's degree in Applied Sciences, Science, or Health Sciences, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in medical training or education, with practical medical imaging exposure.
- Proficiency in ultrasound imaging is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with medical professionals.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% within the U.S., ability to travel to Canada on occasion.
- US citizen or permanent resident.
- Valid driver's license and passport.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in autonomy and adapts readily to evolving demands.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and adept with email and calendar tools.
- Experience using a CRM system is an asset.
