Reporting to our Clinical Training and Development Manager, you'll embark on nationwide adventures, with up to 60% travel across the U.S. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to change in patient care from your home office!Responsibilities
  • Lead successful onboarding and training both remotely and in-person, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.
  • Offer timely customer and technical support to maintain user confidence and smooth operations.
  • Monitor and enhance scan quality through proactive customer engagement and training interventions.
  • Showcase imaging products through virtual or in-person demos, driving sales and expanding our reach.
  • Assist in crafting engaging training materials and programs for users and internal teams.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to pinpoint training needs and enhance product usability.
  • Capture and report customer feedback, fueling ongoing product improvements.
  • Contribute to broader product enhancement efforts, particularly in usability.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Applied Sciences, Science, or Health Sciences, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in medical training or education, with practical medical imaging exposure.
  • Proficiency in ultrasound imaging is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with medical professionals.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% within the U.S., ability to travel to Canada on occasion.
  • US citizen or permanent resident.
  • Valid driver's license and passport.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in autonomy and adapts readily to evolving demands.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and adept with email and calendar tools.
  • Experience using a CRM system is an asset.
