- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across engineering product legal and compliance teams
- Act as the primary liaison between the organization and external GenAI vendors ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding of goals and deliverables
- Facilitate regular check-ins reviews and feedback loops to ensure stakeholder alignment and satisfaction
- Program Oversight:
- Drive end-to-end execution of GenAI projects from planning and scoping to delivery and postlaunch evaluation
- Monitor progress manage risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track
- Ensure all stakeholders are informed of timelines dependencies and changes
- Vendor Management:
- Evaluate onboard and manage GenAI vendors ensuring compliance with internal standards and contractual obligations
- Coordinate technical and operational integration between vendor solutions and internal systems
- Track vendor performance and escalate concerns as needed
- Communication Reporting:
- Prepare and deliver clear concise updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Document decisions action items and outcomes to maintain transparency and accountability
- Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs and project health
- Proven experience in stakeholder management preferably in technology or AI related programs
- Excellent communication negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments
- Understanding of GenAI technologies and their enterprise applications
- Familiarity with data governance privacy and ethical considerations in AI
- Experience with vendor selection and procurement processes
- Background in program or project management methodologies Agile Scrum etc.
- Exposure to enterprise architecture and integration strategies
