Job Description:Job Role: Delivery Program Manager (with GenAI experience)Required Skills:
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across engineering product legal and compliance teams
  • Act as the primary liaison between the organization and external GenAI vendors ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding of goals and deliverables
  • Facilitate regular check-ins reviews and feedback loops to ensure stakeholder alignment and satisfaction
  • Program Oversight:
  • Drive end-to-end execution of GenAI projects from planning and scoping to delivery and postlaunch evaluation
  • Monitor progress manage risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track
  • Ensure all stakeholders are informed of timelines dependencies and changes
  • Vendor Management:
  • Evaluate onboard and manage GenAI vendors ensuring compliance with internal standards and contractual obligations
  • Coordinate technical and operational integration between vendor solutions and internal systems
  • Track vendor performance and escalate concerns as needed
  • Communication Reporting:
  • Prepare and deliver clear concise updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Document decisions action items and outcomes to maintain transparency and accountability
  • Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs and project health
Must Have:
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management preferably in technology or AI related programs
  • Excellent communication negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments
Good To Have Qualifications:
  • Understanding of GenAI technologies and their enterprise applications
  • Familiarity with data governance privacy and ethical considerations in AI
  • Experience with vendor selection and procurement processes
  • Background in program or project management methodologies Agile Scrum etc.
  • Exposure to enterprise architecture and integration strategies
