Tesoro Group is seeking Roving on-call Maintenance Technicians to support within the St. Cloud Market. There are 12 properties they will be supporting after-hours on call.Pay: $35-$40/hour DOQ. This would be an hourly-based role in which we will likely look at individuals who are working but want extra hours.Schedule 5 p.m. to 8 a.m. (flexible schedule pending availability)Responsibilities and Job Duties:
Provide a variety of skilled building maintenance, including repairs to sinks, windows, floors, and other building components.
Maintains the grounds as assigned, which may include trash pick-up, shoveling, and sweeping the curb/dumpster area, maintaining landscape beds, and other regions.
Preparation of vacant units for occupancy, which may include cleaning responsibilities.
Installation and repair of major and minor appliances (e.g, washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwashers, etc.).
Troubleshoot maintenance issues, diagnose problems, replace and/or repair parts, test, and make necessary adjustments to ensure issues are resolved.
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
Basic maintenance experience to troubleshoot after-hours on-call)
Reliable Transportation and a valid driver’s license are required, as this role will be roving.
1+ years of maintenance experience in residential communities.
