- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders, resolving complaints, and answering questions
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
