- Lead and oversee medium-scope hiring process projects.
- Plan and manage projects related to security/IAM access for Oracle applications, focusing on application access.
- Support the redesign and improvement of Oracle application UI/UX.
- Serve as a liaison to stakeholders, facilitating communication and guiding messaging for groups impacted by Oracle changes.
- Collaborate with training teams to develop training plans (not direct training delivery).
- Ensure effective communication and smooth adoption of Oracle-related changes within the organization.
- Apply change management skills as needed throughout project implementations.
- Oversee small to medium-sized projects, ensuring project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Must have managed at least one major Oracle Cloud project.
- Preference for candidates with PMP and/or Change Management certification.
- Hybrid role (3 days in office); must be local and available for final in-person interview.
- 6-month contract with expectation to convert to full time.
- W2 rate, C2C possible for highly qualified candidates.
