- Assist cellar operators in various processing operations.
- Additions to must, juice, and wine
- Sanitize all winery equipment and upkeep cleanliness of cellar
- Operate harvest equipment
- Shovel pomace from tanks
- Pull hoses and setting up pumps
- Barrel filling and emptying
- Follow Food Safety Policies
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Years of Experience: 1 or more years experience in cellar/winemaking
- Able to follow written and verbal directions
- Able to perform strenuous physical labor
- Available to work long hours, any shift and 6-7 days per week
- Valid California driverâs license.
- Moderate to heavy physical work
- Work site may be any one of Trinchero Family Estatesâ facilities
- Standing for long periods of time (8-12 hours per day)
- Must comply with all safety equipment requirements
- Exposure to various chemicals in production areas
- Exposure to machinery, forklifts and related production equipment
- Long and irregular hours during peak periods or on various shifts
- Extensive walking and lifting of up to 55 pounds
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability
