Senior Account Executive Roles - Digital Marketing (DM), (CX) or MarTech Software - 27761692Our Client is one of the fastest growing players in the Digital Marketing (DM), Customer Experience (CX) & MarTech Software space, with key differentiators in this market. The successful candidates (4) will have a track record of closing NEW Enterprise Accounts and consistently Exceeding Quotas selling (DM) & (CX) Software solutions. These are expansion/promotion back-fill positions.(4) Locations: Northeast (Boston, NY, Philly), Minnesota, West Coast (AZ, CA, OR, WA) & TOLAYou need to be a true "hunter," with a minimum of (5) years of successful selling experience in the DM, CX or Martech Software space Smashing Quota! You're @ your best, closing new Logos and recruiting Greenfield Accounts! If you have been using the Challenger, MEDDIC, Sandler, Solution Selling or other Methodologies, that is a +!You need to have (5 or more) years of experience selling DM, CX or MarTech Software to Fortune 1000 companies and have documented success consistently exceeding Quotas. Our Client likes Candidates w/ companies like: Medallia, Qualtrics XM, Clarabridge, Responsetek, InMoment, Nice Satmetrix, Verint XM, ForeSee, Confirmit, Ask Nicely, Hubspot, Sprinklr, Salesforce, Podium, Zendesk, etc. or their competitors in their background!This is a Home Office role ($150K-$160K Base, $300K-$320K @ Plan), No Cap + Accelerators + Upward Mobility + Full Benefits (401K) + Full Expenses!Quota is very attainable, Top Reps are making $500K & UP!   • Achieve your Annual Revenue Target selling CX, DM, MarTech Software & Services solutions.
  • Professionally introduce and represent the company to Fortune 1000 prospects in your Region.
  • Provide timely and accurate Forecasts of Bookings and Revenue.
  • Maintain every Customer as a Reference Account.
  • Establish the Company in your Large Sales Territory
  • Prospect, Qualify and Close sales opportunities to Enterprise-Level Companies and Service Providers.
  • Provide Regular Insights to Management and Marketing on Market Trends, Products & Competition.
  • Be a Good Team Player that likes to Win, Have Fun & Values Mutual Success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or experience selling CX, DM or MarTech Software (5-10) years into Fortune 1000.
  • Demonstrate a track record of closing New Enterprise Accounts and consistently achieving quotas a MUST.
  • Strong understanding of CX & VOC Software & Services and/or is also a MUST!.
  • Ability to present and communicate with all levels of the customer: Technical, Financial & Executive.
  • Comfortable using CRM and Strategic Selling Methodologies.
  • Exceptional Interpersonal, Written and Presentation skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing mid-size company environment.
  • Balances great ambition and drive with a high level integrity and honesty
  • Must be able to "Hunt" in Green-Field Accounts & Manage/Up-Sell Existing Accounts & Manage a Complex Sales Process.
  • Being Personable, w/ A Great Sense of Humor, Who Doesn't Take Themselves Too Seriously are Critical

Base Salary: $150,000.00 - $160,000.00 (DOE)On-Target-Earnings: $300,000.00 - $320,000.00 (NO Cap) + Full Expenses + Complete Benefits Package (401K) + Upward Mobility - Top Reps making $500K & UP!Locations: Home Offices:
