Expected Duration: 7 MonthsJob Description:As part of the Wealth Management Operations (WMO) – Investment Information Management Organization, the Dividend Specialist (Operations Analyst) is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all mutual fund dividend distributions and reinvestments for their assigned mutual fund companies.This role involves:Maintaining distribution calendars for both domestic and international fund groupsMonitoring email communications from fund agentsCreating transactions within the dividend system for downstream processingPreparing trade logs for manual dividend reinvestmentsResponsibilities:Analyze various quality control reportsResearch ledger variancesMaintain control metrics and reportingCollaborate in a team environment and independently as neededWork a minimum of 40 hours per week; significant overtime required during year-endAdhere strictly to attendance and punctuality standardsRequired Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft ExcelDesired Skills:Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting0–2 years of experience in a related fieldFamiliarity with mutual fund industry concepts, practices, and procedures is a plus#TMCS
