Braun pharmacy compounders (Pinnacle and APEX) and related software; protect and resign the installed base of B.Braun pharmacy compounders and related software; protect and grow compounder disposables and related products.Responsibilities: Essential Duties
- Work with varying sales specialties (Hospital and OPM) to qualify new leads and advance the sales process.
- Call on all buying influences to position the products value to meet customer's needs.
- Prepare financial analysis, proposals, clinical and competitive analysis for customers and prospects.
- Manage account strategies to include committee presentations, product evaluations and executive suite proposals.
- Manage Compounder and TPN Manager evaluations within the territory to include: product demonstrations and webinars.
- Negotiate all Compounder and TPN proposals and co-manage the process with the respective team members, within management guidelines to maximize ASP and GP.
- Manage the contracting process on all compounder and TPN Manager contracts and coordinate the activity with the various teams that are involved.
- Maintain awareness of competitive activity regarding pricing and sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
- Drive win/win relationships and maintain customer satisfaction. Prospect and qualify territory for new leads through sales calls in person and over the telephone.

- Conduct all transactions and manage all relationships with a high degree of integrity.

- Must have held one previous sales or marketing position with proven track record of success at B. Braun, or a minimum of 2 years previous sales or marketing experience with a related company.

- Previous experience in IV, Pharmacy, clinical nutrition or related business
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 55 pounds.
