Seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect to lead the design, customization, and integration of a newly implemented CRM platform. This role is key to optimizing service delivery and ensuring alignment with business needs.Key Responsibilities:
Design scalable Dynamics 365 CE solutionsCustomize apps (Sales, Customer Service), workflows, Power Automate, and pluginsIntegrate with ERP, GIS, and 311 systemsLead data migration effortsCollaborate with project managers and stakeholdersMentor junior staff and enforce architectural best practicesStay updated on platform enhancements and ensure complianceQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field
5+ years in Dynamics 365 solution architecture
Public sector experience is a plus
Strong in Power Platform, .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, Azure
Familiarity with Dataverse, DevOps, CI/CD
Experience with tools like KingswaySoft or Scribe a plusPreferred Certifications:
Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
Customer Service Consultant AssociateWork Environment:
- Hybrid role - minimum 2 days onsite in Atlanta, GA
