This is an exciting role for a sales-driven professional with a passion for events, hospitality, and nightlife.The RoleAs Event Sales Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities, focusing on group sales and private events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, planners, and partners.
- Coordinate event logistics, including catering, entertainment, scheduling, and vendor management.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of all events.
- Partner with marketing to promote events through campaigns, social media, and outreach.
- Provide regular sales reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis to leadership.
- Proven track record in sales, ideally within hospitality, nightlife, or events.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail.
