- Leading client engagements to devise reliability/security compliance strategies, organizational alignment, technology selection, and best practices;
- Project and program management to ensure timely high-quality deliverables;
- Applying technical expertise to advise and guide clients;
- Managing and contributing to engagements supporting the development and implementation of industry leading NERC compliance programs;
- Developing presentations and reports to concisely, comprehensively, and accurately share findings with clients on complex matters;
- Presenting to senior- and mid-level staff of clients;
- Overseeing junior staff in the production of reports, presentations, and market analyses.
- Bachelor's degree in business, policy, cybersecurity, or engineering
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in related roles or positions
- Prior consulting experience is strongly desired
- Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing
- An advanced degree in engineering, business, law, or cybersecurity is preferred
- Excellent presentation skills
- Working experience with NERC Reliability Standards at an electric utility, FERC, NERC, Regional Entity, or consulting firm
- Strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness
- Works well in a team environment, and willingness to provide mentorship and supervision to junior staff members
- Previous project and client management required
