- Familiarity with hospitality systems (POS, inventory, scheduling, payroll).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- ServSafe and Alcohol Service Certifications (or ability to obtain).
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, including supervisory or management experience.
- Work is performed in a hotel environment; This position is physically demanding as it requires extended periods of walking, standing, bending, and lifting to 50 pounds. Moderate computer keying using both hands and viewing material on a computer screen. Requires flexible working hours including nights and weekends; Extended workdays may be required to accomplish tasks and meet workload demands during peak periods.
