Apply today and build a career that inspires you!The Director of Outlets is responsible for the overall leadership and daily operation of all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest service, financial performance, and compliance with all health and safety regulations. This role provides strategic direction, training, and operational support across outlets, including restaurants, lounges, pool service, café, and in-room dining.   • Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to problem solve, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Financial acumen, including P&L management, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness and service.
Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with hospitality systems (POS, inventory, scheduling, payroll).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • ServSafe and Alcohol Service Certifications (or ability to obtain).
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety practices.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, including supervisory or management experience.
Physical Demands
  • Work is performed in a hotel environment; This position is physically demanding as it requires extended periods of walking, standing, bending, and lifting to 50 pounds. Moderate computer keying using both hands and viewing material on a computer screen. Requires flexible working hours including nights and weekends; Extended workdays may be required to accomplish tasks and meet workload demands during peak periods.
