- DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
- Supervise the installation and configuration of selected technologies
- Collaborate with various stakeholders groups and team members to design and validate required solutions that meet DTCC standards for security, resiliency, and reusability
- Lead immediate support for production issues related to areas of expertise
- Coordinate and support for off-hour / weekend implementations, and Disaster Recovery tests as required
- Author system documentation and supporting documents to ensure transparency of design to minimize future maintenance costs
- Deliver targeted business outcomes by participating in the technical decision-making process
- Analyze changing business requirements to determine impact and optimal solution regarding defining the future state technical architecture
- Follow established DTCC requirements, principles and models that guide technology decisions for the enterprise (best practices)
- Applies knowledge of technology trends and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to contribute to the decision-making process
- Monitor metrics to ensure system performance meets requirements
- Collaborate with the enterprise architect to define metrics that measure and demonstrate enterprise technology value.
- Direct and facilitates the research, evaluation, and selection of software/hardware technology and product standards, as well as the design of standard configurations.
- Mitigates risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Serves as a trusted coach or mentor within the organization.
- Communicates openly keeping everyone across the organization informed.
