Responsible for addressing technology service improvements, challenges, and issues with business-facing manages.Business Service Delivery Execution & Management: Helps drive approved business technology plans and leads the end-to-end service deployment and delivery. Ensures tech systems and procedures lead to outcomes in line with business goals.
