In this role, you will operate innovative engineered systems and develop, coordinate, and implement sustainable manufacturing production processes. Your cross-functional team will be focused on delivering quality, safety, and operational efficiency improvements.   • Design and develop processes for factory transformation projects and equipment implementation
  • Improve productivity, quality, equipment performance, energy consumption, and downtime reduction
  • Participate in KPI Metric development for factory with expertise from digital systems perspective
  • Test System Architecture Owner and Systems Design Lead
  • Key site stakeholder in Future Factory Requirements and Factory Performance Visualization
  • Provide technical/subject matter expertise and guidance for the resolution of manufacturing process and product design problems
  • Serve as a technical expert for cause/effect investigations, statistical studies, and corrective action planning
  • Key member of designing manufacturing flow lines, workstation layouts, and station controls that optimize efficiency, operating costs, and product quality
  • Lead/Co-Lead on Automation (A3 Owner)
  • Supervision to Test Team and Guidance on best practices
  • Develop test best practice and design architecture
What we expect of you:
  • Minimum 5+ years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Project Management, Process Automation and AutoCAD or similar design software experience
  • Aptitude for mechanical/electrical application as related to equipment/processes.
  • Communication skills to articulate voice of the customer.
  • Ability to coach, advise and develop teammates and peers.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred.

This is a Safety Sensitive Role.Compensation:Base Pay Range: $85,000-$140,000Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages.
