We are hiring licensed mental health professionals to deliver virtual therapy services to individuals and families across California. This role combines flexibility and clinical impact in a remote care setting, with full support from a collaborative team.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based methods
- Complete assessments and develop client-centered treatment plans
- Document sessions and clinical notes in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate care with internal teams and external partners
- Stay informed on clinical best practices and compliance standards
- Master’s degree or higher in a mental health-related field
- Active California licensure (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW)
- Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills
