- Develop and maintain project management plans covering scope, schedule, cost, risk, performance, and communications.
- Manage requirements, maintain traceability, and oversee change control.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to validate compliance with data standards, security requirements, and architecture frameworks.
- Provide subject matter expertise to guide scalable, secure technical solutions.
- Participate in architecture working groups and change control boards.
- Conduct technical design reviews and resolve issues to maintain mission alignment.
- Recommend and implement innovative solutions to improve performance and reduce risk.
- Maintain centralized project documentation, specifications, and models.
- Mentor project teams and share technical best practices.
- Active TS clearance with SCI adjudication
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, physics, math, business administration, finance, or related fields
- 8+ years' proven experience in project management for technical or IT-focused programs.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
- Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, data standards, and architecture frameworks.
- Ability to coordinate across multi-stakeholder environments, including government and development teams.
- Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, physics, math, business administration, accounting, finance, or related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP)® or equivalent Agile certification (e.g., PMI-ACP, SAFe)
- Familiarity with Department of Defense acquisition lifecycle, governance checkpoints, and processes (e.g., PPBE, Milestones A/B/C).
- Understanding of classified program environments and ability to work with sensitive or restricted information.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, including government, contractors, and developer personnel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and technical working groups.
