ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do:As the on-site leader of a single-location therapy team, your focus will span clinical oversight, team mentorship, and day-to-day operations — all while keeping patients and therapists at the heart of your work.
  • Lead a Multidisciplinary Team – Oversee PTs, OTs, SLPs, and assistants to deliver top-tier therapy services.
  • Uphold Quality & Compliance – Ensure care is clinically sound, evidence-based, and aligned with all regulatory standards.
  • Foster Growth – Mentor therapists and assistants, providing opportunities for skill-building and leadership development.
  • Collaborate Cross-Discipline – Promote team synergy through integrated care planning and communication.
  • Manage Resources Wisely – Optimize staffing, schedules, and therapy resources for the best outcomes.
QualificationsWho We’re Looking For:
  • Licensed COTA, PTA, OT, PT, or SLP in Arizona
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare (long-term care setting a plus)
  • Strong understanding of Medicare, insurance, and resident rights
  • Confident, compassionate, and committed to quality care
