As the Subcontract Manager, you will be responsible for managing subcontracts and supporting the PAC-3 program team in achieving its goals. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and customers to ensure timely and effective subcontract management.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving mitigation activities across the PAC-3 Program Supply Chain by supporting timely subcontracts
- Managing supplier issues daily to support production and various customers
- Leading various projects as assigned
- Traveling as needed to support program requirements

This position is in Dallas.MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business or related discipline from an accredited college.
- Basic understanding of the procurement processes.
- Basic SAP/MRP knowledge.
- Ability to obtain security clearance.
- Ability to travel, if required.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering or Business related degree.
- Basic knowledge of scheduling principles and performance metrics.
- Efficient understanding of LMAP and the LM procurement process.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communications and effective presentation skills.
- Working understanding of line of balance spreadsheets.
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
