As a Conversion Optimization & Growth Manager, you’ll act as the bridge between our cutting-edge technology and our clients’ business goals. You will:
  • Partner with clients to understand their user journeys, identify friction points, and develop testing strategies that align with their growth objectives.
  • Design, build, and launch website experiments using our proprietary tooling—ranging from copy tests to full funnel optimizations.
  • Analyze performance data, interpret test results, and provide clients with clear, actionable insights.
  • Manage client relationships, set expectations, and communicate results in a way that balances transparency and strategic guidance.
  • Collaborate with our engineering and AI research teams, providing feedback from real-world client use cases to help shape the evolution of our platform.
  • Act as a thought partner for clients, helping them embrace an experimentation-first mindset that drives measurable outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone with a rare combination of analytical rigor, technical know-how, and client-facing skills. Specifically:
  • Proven experience running conversion optimization and website experimentation programs—whether at an agency, consultancy, or in-house.
  • Technical fluency in building website variations (e.g., front-end development, HTML/CSS/JS, experimentation platforms).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and turn insights into strategies.
  • High empathy and interpersonal skills—you know how to make clients feel heard while confidently guiding them toward the best solutions.
  • Exceptional expectation management—you can balance competing priorities, manage ambiguity, and build trust with stakeholders.
  • Curiosity and adaptability—thriving in a fast-paced startup environment where no two weeks look the same.
