PAY RATE: $22/hourWe are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.Job Details:Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)Shift: 1st | MondayThursday, 6:00 AM 4:30 PM ESTIndustry: Aerospace / Defense / AviationBenefits: Medical, dental, and vision (Cigna)Perks: Bonus potential + Priority access via Tier 1 supplierOpenings Nationwide: Thousands of opportunities across the U.S.Qualifying Questions:Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations?Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role?Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?Summary:Perform repetitive and non-repetitive production assembly on electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.Build precision electro-mechanical assemblies, wire assemblies and subassemblies, and perform advanced soldering operations.Support manufacturing of harnesses, circuit cards, and miscellaneous assemblies.Operate equipment including laser wire strippers and coax wire processing tools.Assemble, install, and terminate complex harnesses and assemblies.Perform detailed soldering on micro and sub-miniature components and parts as assigned.Work from diagrams, drawings, schematics, and operation sheets.Requirements:High School DiplomaExperience in wiring and cable assemblyExperience with circuits and solderingElectrical background preferredTechnical degree desiredMust be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).About Us:The Structures Company is a premier national aerospace and defense staffing agency specializing in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire placements.
