- Show prospective apartments, explains occupancy terms and amenities
- Inform prospective residents of availability of nearby schools, shopping malls, recreational facilities, and public transportation
- Rent apartments, collect security deposit as required, and complete lease documents outlining conditions and terms of occupancy
- Collect rents due and issue receipts
- Investigate resident complaints regarding issues that may include, but are not limited to, utilities, household appliances, or facilities. Inspect vacated apartments to determine needed repairs or maintenance
- Resolve resident complaints in the absence of Community Manager
- Attend and participate in regular meetings and trainings, as assigned

- Frequently required to sit, stand, and walk, including on varied terrain and up and down stairs. Ability to inspect properties and apartment units, in a variety of conditions, and in all manners of weather customary to the Pacific Northwest
- Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
