In addition, we work to improve our communities and our planet to help the world live more fully.SummaryThis position is within Data Services Team, responsible for data engineering processes supporting Analytics and Reporting solution for Bath & Body Works. This role engaged with a team to architect the design and build data pipelines into our data platforms that meets business requirements and SLA. It will also be supporting data platforms.Responsibilities
  • Assist Data Engineering team in designing, building, testing and maintenance of data pipelines to support analytics and operational processes.
  • Work with Sr. Data engineers to ingest, clean and transform raw data from various sources.
  • Support data quality and data integrity initiatives by implementing validation and monitoring steps.
  • Collaborate with key parties to understand data requirements and assist in creating data models and ETL workflows.
  • Contribute to documentation and sharing of knowledge within the team.
  • Help to maintain and monitor the data platforms
QualificationsRequired:
  • 1+ years of experience with cloud-based data platform like Snowflake, BigQuery
  • 1+ years of scripting experience – Bash, Python, Perl
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts
Nice to Haves:
  • 1+ years of experience in supporting software on Linux Platform
  • 1+ Years’ experience with an ETL Tool like Talend, IBM DataStage, Informatica
  • Knowledge of version control tools like Git
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science; or equivalent combination or relevant education and experience.
