Pay: $150,000$200,000 + 50% bonus + profit sharing
Location/Schedule: Onsite | Erlanger, KY | Full-timetrak group is seeking a Director of Treasury for a newly created role within a large, privately held organization. Reporting to the CFO, this role will lead enterprise-wide treasury strategy, liquidity management, and capital planning across multiple business entities. - Oversee investment activity, balancing returns, safety, and liquidity
- Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 10+ years in finance, treasury, or related leadership roles
- Proven experience in liquidity management, capital planning, and debt management
- Background in private credit or raising external capital is a plus
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; Power BI experience preferred
- Strong communicator with a strategic mindset and ability to influence at all levels
