🕒 Shift: 2nd Shift | Hands-On Maintenance RoleWe're looking for an experienced and dependable Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our 2nd shift team. This is an exciting opportunity for mechanically inclined professionals who are eager to grow, contribute to a safety-first culture, and expand their skills-including learning how to operate our Waterjet Machine.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and related issues on machinery and equipment.Perform timely repairs to maintain efficient operations.Conduct regular preventive maintenance on all facility equipment.Handle facility/building maintenance tasks and minor repairs, maintaining a clean and safe work area.Dismantle defective machines/equipment and install new or refurbished units.Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and maintenance activities.Recommend and coordinate work-related contracts and third-party services.Supervise outside contractors as needed for maintenance projects.Learn to operate our Waterjet Machine and become a resource on its maintenance and functionality.Support and comply with all health, safety, quality, and Lean initiatives.Work directly on the warehouse floor around heavy industrial equipment.Uphold TKMNA Employee Attributes and Competencies.✅ Minimum RequirementsMechanical and technical aptitude3-5 years of experience in an industrial maintenance environmentTechnical certificate or college degree in a relevant fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawingsStrong safety mindsetIf you're ready to take the next step in your maintenance career and gain hands-on experience with advanced equipment like the Waterjet Machine, we want to hear from you.Apply now and power up your career on 2nd shift! ⚙️The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirement for the performance of this job.
