
Pediatric Feeding Therapist (SLP)

- Master's degree or equivalent
- Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Washington
- Must provide own car and insurance that meets state minimum insurance requirements
- Two (2+) or more years' experience working with children
- Ability to collaborate with families using a coaching model that supports parent-child interaction and daily routines
- Serve children and families in natural environments (home, childcare, community) or via telehealth
- Knowledge of infant feeding and child development for children 0-5 years
- Interest or experience working with children who are tube-fed and/or weaning from a feeding tube preferred
- Commitment to providing equitable services to families who are linguistically and racially diverse.
- Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work cooperatively with staff, families, and community partners
- Candidates with experience providing services with non-English speaking families and/or infant mental health desired.
- Must have or obtain current CPR and first aid certifications
- Complete bloodborne pathogens and HIV training
