
Entry Level Finite Element Structural Engineer (Aerospace)

- Conduct advanced FEA simulations on various mechanical components and systems
- Build, develop, validate, and implement simulation models and algorithms
- Analyze and interpret simulation results to support design decisions and identify areas for improvement
- Post-process results to determine if products meet customer requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that simulations accurately reflect product behavior
- Mentor and guide junior FEA engineers, as needed
- Keep up-to-date with latest industry developments and emerging simulation technologies
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
- 0-3 years of experience in conducting FEA simulations
- Strong understanding of solid mechanics and finite element analysis
- Proficiency in using simulation software such as ANSYS, and Siemens
- Ability to interpret and present simulation results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
