- Identify, develop, and maintain profitable relationships with end users, channel partners, and independent agents across the Southeast region
- Collect and analyze critical data to evaluate prospective projects and tailor solutions to customer needs
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, including pricing, delivery schedules, and technical specifications
- Negotiate contract terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
- Facilitate post-sale administrative processes—coordinating specifications, product samples, and internal resources to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design optimal solutions and align pricing strategy
- Deliver expert technical and commercial insights during customer engagements
- Operate independently with a strong work ethic and minimal supervision
- Represent Ossid at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, records, and performance reports
- Associate’s degree in a technical or business discipline preferred, or equivalent industry experience
- Proven technical sales expertise, including persuasive presentation, problem-solving, and facilitation skills
- Strong ability to articulate complex machinery concepts in clear, concise terms
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with professional presentation capabilities
- Self-starter mindset with the capacity to operate independently and adapt to market dynamics
- Willingness to travel 40–60% of the time; valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce
