Position Overview We are seeking an AI Developer to build intelligent systems that leverage machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics to enhance core business functions. This role requires strong technical skills, practical implementation experience, and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deploy machine learning models for various use cases (e.g., NLP, forecasting, classification).Build scalable data pipelines to support training, validation, and real-time inference.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into AI solutions.Integrate models into web services or applications using APIs and container technologies.Monitor model accuracy and performance, applying ongoing optimization and retraining strategies.Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to internal ML/AI best practices.Required QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience building and deploying ML models using Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.Strong proficiency in data manipulation using pandas, NumPy, and SQL.Familiarity with cloud-based ML tools (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).Experience with API development and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Working knowledge of Git and agile development methodologies.Preferred QualificationsExperience with large language models (LLMs) and Transformer-based architectures (e.g., BERT, GPT).Exposure to MLOps and CI/CD practices for automated model deployment.Background in regulated industries such as fintech, healthtech, or EdTech.Demonstrated portfolio or publications showcasing applied ML projects.
