Success requires client research, industry knowledge, subject-matter expertise, and diagnostic selling skills. A typical day looks like:
  • Supporting ZipLocal clients across the country over video conference and telephone with a focus on client retention and growth.
  • Certifying on key tools including Google Analytics, Search Console and GMB Profile Manager.
  • Developing relationships with clients, educating them around unique trends in their industry, and encouraging them to think differently about their business.
  • Leading monthly and quarterly sync-up meetings with clients to discuss strategy, roadmap, tactics, and ROI.
  • Recommending research-based upgrades to achieve better digital marketing outcomes.
We're looking for candidates who are:

  • Experienced (you have at least three years of account manager or account executive experience)
