- Supporting ZipLocal clients across the country over video conference and telephone with a focus on client retention and growth.
- Certifying on key tools including Google Analytics, Search Console and GMB Profile Manager.
- Developing relationships with clients, educating them around unique trends in their industry, and encouraging them to think differently about their business.
- Leading monthly and quarterly sync-up meetings with clients to discuss strategy, roadmap, tactics, and ROI.
- Recommending research-based upgrades to achieve better digital marketing outcomes.
- Smart (you excel at learning complex concepts and will become a subject-matter expert quickly)
- Experienced (you have at least three years of account manager or account executive experience)
