- Monitors Operations department Outlook Inboxes, processes requests.
- Process offsetting entry work on coding corrections and voided/stop paid checks.
- Provide support to Claims Operations and other departments as required.
- Verify financial and other data (e.g. tax identification numbers).
- Communicate with vendors, customers and colleagues.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma
- 6 months’ experience in insurance claims department or related experience
