
Marketing Associate Program Execution

- Aid in the development of strategic marketing programs to deepen / grow relationships and business growth
- Support the management of strategic marketing projects end-to-end, working cross-functionally with strategy, marketing, sales, portfolio managers, and external advisors to share concepts, collect and incorporate feedback that maximizes successful implementation of strategic ideas
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events such as conferences, seminars, webinars, and lunch and learns
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event logistics
- Develop event materials, including invitations and presentations
- Manage event registration, attendee communications, and follow-up activities
- Design and create a wide variety of customized, professional-quality marketing materials
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, video, email marketing, advertising, etc.)
- Collect and analyze event data, including attendance, engagement, and ROI metrics
- Track event budgets, expenses, and timelines to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends and preferences
- Work with compliance team to finalize and ensure marketing materials, proposals, and communications meet all regulatory requirements
- Submit conference and sponsorship invoices through our internal portal for expense processing
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and other projects as needed
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 2 to 4 years in marketing strategy in financial services, preferably within investment management
- 2 to 4 years experience, Microsoft Office experience, proficiency in building PowerPoint presentations and working with Excel
- Proven experience in marketing, event planning, or a related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Knowledge of InDesign, Canva
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM systems
- Proficiency in Marketing Automation Software, like Pardot
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task time-sensitive projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with little supervision, manage multiple tasks effectively and execute cross-functional projects end-to-end
- Experience with hosting webinars with Zoom webinars
