Join us and become part of a mission-driven team advancing science and unlocking human potential—one discovery at a time.Learn about the which makes everything possible.The quality contracts specialist is responsible for coordinating quality agreement negotiation, approval, and termination in accordance with Aldevron policies, regulatory requirements and customer specifications.This position reports to the Quality Contracts Manager and is part of the Legal department located in Fargo, ND and will be fully onsite.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Support accuracy, internal consistency, uniformity and compliance of quality agreements with both Aldevron standard and regulatory requirements.
  • Process fully executed agreements, notify relevant parties, summarize agreements, and manage them in databases and tracking systems
  • Use existing systems to automate quality agreement workflow and provide data analytics to various stakeholders
The essential requirements of the job include:
  • High School Diploma or greater
  • 1 year + experience in contract review and negotiation with third parties
  • Comfortable working independently in areas that require judgment but also in seeking guidance when encountering areas that are new to you
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
  • Experience with Quality Agreements, including review, editing and negotiations with third parties
  • Working knowledge of LinkSquares or other Contract Management System
  • Managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with GMP requirements preferred
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment preferred
