This position is accountability for network performance planning and operations.Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership to create an environment of transformation around network performance operations and maintain a culture supporting the INTEGRIS Health mission, vision, and values
  • Develop and implement innovative short and long-range strategy and operations to achieve initiatives, priorities, and goals of INTEGRIS Health Partners
  • Provides advise on the network implications of Accountable Care Organization (ACO) models and collaborate to provide strategically enhanced performance of the organization
  • Drive execution and transformational change within the assigned team to ensure effective, efficient, sustainable, compliant, and leading-edge operations to contribute to the network success
  • Oversee the tools, reporting and incentive models that guide behaviors in response to changing healthcare activities to produce greater value
  • Interface with payor strategy, analytics population health, and system finance opportunities and impact of the clinical and operational efforts of the clinically integrated network.
  • Provide oversight to the day-to day operations of assigned department ensuring quality and patient satisfaction are optimized for cost effectiveness and financial vitality are maintained and enhanced
  • Develop and ensure metrics, goals, and projects are executed, tracked and accomplished for the department.
  • Demonstrate an appropriate understanding of the regulatory environment and applies that understanding to on-going responsibilities and is able to teach concepts and understanding to direct reports, leaders and other team members as needed
  • Leads and directs team to meet the objectives in the INTEGRIS Health value-based care strategy
  • Continuously monitor and report value-based contract performance
  • Provide oversight of appropriate risk-sharing models for population health and network participants that provide incentives based on performance against metrics established to enhance accountable care.
  • Develop and monitors the shared risk (savings or loss) budget based on projected performance of all value-based arrangements.
  • Collaborates with actuarial services to accurately forecast value-based arrangements financial performance
  • Collaborate with IHP leadership and committees to develop and implement a sustainable funds flow model; oversee the development and application of the value-based arrangement financial terms within the funds flow model
  • Collaborate with IHP leadership and committees to develop and execute strategies to address network care continuity
  • Regularly prepares and presents network performance strategies and status across internal and possible external stakeholders
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, accounting, science or other healthcare related field and 10 years of experience in an Accountable Care Organization, Clinically Integrated Network, population health, or other related healthcare area.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of healthcare operations and healthcare management.
  • Demonstrates knowledge in all local, state, and federal regulatory bodies
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English
  • Strong computer skills and working knowledge of the EMR
