We are looking for a Strategic Sr. Finance Operations (and Data Systems) Manager to join our rapidly growing team in Costa Mesa, California, to lead and own the finance data infrastructure strategy and implementation. Areas of ownership in this role include:
  • Order Management (Government Contracts and Orders):
  • Manages contract creation and maintenance in Oracle to ensure accurate pricing, billing, and revenue recognition.
  • Business Process Excellence and Optimization:
  • Documents and continuously improves finance processes, collaborating with business units and technology for automation opportunities.
  • Finance Data Infrastructure:
  • Owns finance data and builds systems to deliver critical financial insights and support decision-making for finance stakeholders.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Strategic Financial Data Operations:
  • Ensure we maintain finance data continuity as we move to our new ERP (business continuity).
  • Collaborate with finance, IT, and business teams to align technological capabilities with strategic financial objectives.
  • Analyze financial performance metrics and lead efforts to optimize cost structures, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Data Infrastructure Leadership:
  • Architect and build out robust and scalable finance data processes.
  • Partner with business operations and engineering team to build out integrated finance data systems.
  • Design and implement processes and systems to support creation of Board communications.
  • Process Improvement & Innovation:
  • Ensure critical financial reporting is maintained after ERP rollout.
  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, automation, and scalability.
  • Identify and implement best practices for financial reporting, analytics, and compliance.
  • Stakeholder Partnership & Leadership:
  • Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership providing actionable insights informed by comprehensive data analysis.
  • Mentor and lead a cross-functional team, fostering collaboration and professional development.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience:
  • 10+ years in operations, with a significant portion focused on systems implementation and process transformation.
  • Proven success in designing and deploying large-scale financial data systems and process enhancements.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency with data analysis tools and systems.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting applications.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
US Salary Range$142,000—$213,000 USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
