
Project Management and Analytics for Resource Location Planning – Vice President

- Day-to-day management of individual project responsibilities including milestone setting, task and actions management, co-ordination and execution of plan within required timelines and to stakeholder quality expectations
- Foster, collaborate, build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders, strategy partners and business peers to offer guidance
- Identify key project risks, whether stated or not, and manage to resolution or escalate accordingly
- Ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision

- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members
- The position will provide program management expertise, all executive level reporting and deck creation, data analytics and governance/controls subject matter expertise. This role will be a central resource for Resource Location Planning:
- Program / Project Management – Program manage all team meetings, team deliverables and critical milestones related to location strategy and the Site Planning Management Council.
- Dashboard – Manage the Site Planning Management Council Dashboard from a business standpoint, point of contact with the technology team and ongoing milestones, deliverables, and business requirements
- Data Analytics – Support and be primary backup on all headcount reporting, forecasting, labor cost and location data.
- Presentation creation – Primarily responsible for presentation materials supporting Senior level meetings
- Real Estate Services Operating Committee
- Site Planning Management Council working group and Council meetings
- Monthly Operating Report
- Executive Management Team and Senior business leaders updates
- Maintain master Site Planning Management Council materials
- Governance (Risk and Controls) – Partnering with Resource Location Planning Risk and Control lead on all aspects of risk and control deliverables as the primary backup. Manage Third Party Relationships, including entitlements and vendor management. Ensure Resource Location Planning is compliant with all trainings and user entitlements
- Integration Parter: work with internal stakeholders to ensure Resource Location Planning / Real Estate Services system needs are met
- 4-7 years experience
- Track record as a Business / Strategy Analyst within the Financial Services/Investment Banking or Consulting industry; prior consulting experience preferred
- Prior consulting experience preferred
- Detail oriented
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions
- Communicates clearly, concisely, effectively across multiple levels globally
- Strong presentation skills. Story telling with data is essential
- Enhance and refine presentations based on audience, messaging, and content
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills which include strong Excel skills, understanding of analytics, ability to analyze large sets of data
- Detail oriented, takes ownership
- Skilled at articulating a business problem and context, defining analysis objectives/plan, and providing simple and compelling business recommendations
- Understands how to leverage different internal and external sources of data
- Strong PowerPoint data visualization skills
