Technical Leadership of the SatCom Engineering Departments.
Ensure various engineering projects comply with all governmental regulatory requirements.
Develop product and process designs, cost estimates and technical specs.
Allocate projects among engineering teams.
Evaluate engineering designs for technical accuracy.
Analysis of cost control and data to evaluate project performance.Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Electrical, Mechanical, Communications Engineering Degree a plus
10+ years in Communications product design and SatCom engineering experience.
5+ years leading Engineering Teams, Satellite and Antenna related equipment.
Experience with Antenna Phase Array Hardware a plus.
Strong understanding of Satellite Networks and related equipment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Must be US Citizen.Type of Employment:
Full-timeCompensation: $225K to 250K Base Salary + Bonus
