- Track schedules and milestones to ensure timely project delivery.
- Review and manage contracts with clients and subcontractors.
- Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
- Experience managing commercial construction projects (retail, restaurant, health-care, mixed commercial, etc) with proven success.
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate diverse project teams and ensure smooth execution.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with clients and stakeholders.
- Expertise in budgeting, cost control, and financial management for construction projects.
- Effective problem-solving skills to address challenges and maintain project momentum.
- Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality assurance.
- Skilled in contract negotiation and managing subcontractor relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting high-quality standards.
