In your new role you will:
  • Government Collaboration: Work with government representatives to update and maintain Infineon's presence on qualified parts and manufacturer lists
  • Product Development: Gain an understanding of and participate in product development and manufacturing procedures related to aerospace and defense electronic products
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to improve the efficiency of processes required to release aerospace and defense products to the market
  • Product Familiarity: Develop knowledge of Infineon's extensive product offerings and internal operations
  • Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment across projects
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you are/have:
  • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills with the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders and solve problems effectively
  • Technical Skills: Experience identifying electronic components is a plus, and familiarity with ACCESS database software is beneficial
  • Academic Performance: Must have a current GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately
  • US citizen or green card holder: This internship requires access to documentation that is controlled by the export laws of the United States. Candidates are required to provide proof of either US citizenship, Permanent US residency, or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8USC 1324b(a)(3).
