- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain robust relationships with assigned insurance clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement, acting as their primary liaison with Clearwater Analytics.
- Client Advocacy: Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, promptly addressing concerns and providing effective solutions to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
- Regular Engagement: Conduct regular check-ins and comprehensive business reviews with clients to assess evolving needs and gather insights and feedback on our products and services.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to respond to client needs and advocate for their interests within the organization.
- Growth Initiatives: Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to maximize client value and drive revenue growth.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor client account performance and usage metrics proactively, addressing potential issues before they arise to ensure smooth operations.
- Client Training and Onboarding: Provide training and onboarding for new clients, enabling them to effectively utilize Clearwater’s solutions and fully leverage the platform’s capabilities.
- Industry Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and best practices, sharing valuable insights that can assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Representation and Networking: Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to expand your professional knowledge and represent Clearwater Analytics effectively to prospective and existing clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in client relationship management, account management, or a similar role, ideally within the financial services or insurance sector.
- Strong understanding of investment accounting, insurance financial reporting, and portfolio management principles is essential.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, coupled with a proactive approach to client service and engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and competing priorities effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
